All cancelations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 20%, this can be negotiated at the discretion of the salon employee. We more than willing to work with those who have a true emergency or scheduling conflict . This is primarily dependent on prior communication explaining the reason for cancellation, and the timeframe within occurrence of the appointment. All no call/no shows are subject to a non negotiable 50% fee, with the exception of a refund to be distributed in the event that an explanation of an emergency is provided. While we are aware that life happens and sometimes plans need to be changed unexpectedly, our business is solely dependent on consistent patronage. We feel that our time and livelihood is valuable, as is yours. Ideally if possible, we will gladly assist in rescheduling your appointment to accommodate both client and professional’s needs, without any charge. Thank you!
